MAGNETO AI APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) has been successfully deployed and is now live at Dikkan Valve’s manufacturing facilities. Within the scope of the project, the multi-operation workflows specific to valve manufacturing, machine and labor capacity constraints, setup times, and delivery priorities were addressed through a holistic and integrated planning approach. With MAGNETO AI APS, Dikkan Valve’s production planning processes have been transformed from a manual and reactive structure into a dynamic, predictable, and manageable system. The platform simultaneously evaluates order priorities and resource constraints to generate feasible and realistic production schedules, while enabling fast and controlled rescheduling in response to demand fluctuations and urgent order requirements.
